Terms Of Service

By commissioning me, you automatically agree to my terms of service.
Breaking TOS will automatically cancel your commission, of which a refund may not be eligible.

Operating HoursCST Timezone
- Contact may be at anytime but most available after 12 pm CST
- I work most days but will take breaksDue to my mental condition, medication and frequent wrist issues, I take breaks often.

General- I, the artist, have the right to refuse any commission, art-trade, or request.
- All correspondence will be done through choice of email, Twitter DMs, DeviantArt Messages/Notes, or Discord.
- Paypal & CashApp accepted.
- All payments will be upfront unless we have discussed otherwise.
- Artwork cannot be used by the commissioner commercially or for personal profit (merch, Patreon, advertising, etc).
- Commissioned work CAN NOT be used for NFTs or any other non-fungible product or cryptocurrency transactions.

Refunds- I don't do refunds on artwork that has been completed or adopts that have been purchased.
- Refunds are available if I, the artist, cannot complete the commission for any reason or you request one before work is started.
- Both the artist and client reserve the right to cancel the commission and ask for a refund for any reason.
100% refund is possible before I have sent any progress.
50% refund is possible after I have sent you a sketch.
Refund will be unavailable after the line art stage.- Chargebacks will not be tolerated. You will be blacklisted and informed about to fellow artists.

Usage- You are free to repost and use your commission with proper credit given.
- Do not claim the work as yours, please credit me.
- Do not edit your commission without my permission, please ask first!
- I am allowed to post the artwork on my various social media sites.
- You are allowed to use purchased works as profile pictures, banners, etc., with proper credit given.
- Commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY unless we had a discussion beforehand (like using it for streams or promotional materials).
- You may print your commissioned piece (ex. for yourself or as a gift.)
- You may NOT use it for commercial use (ex. business cards, merch, etc.)
- Do NOT use for NFTs

Complexity & Rush Fees- Complexity fees may be charged for large wings, complex markings, extra limbs, etc. Range can be from 10% - 50% of the base commission price. Please request a quote if you'd like before commissioning.- Rush fees are always %50 of the base commission price. This will bump your comm to the top of the queue and be the main one worked on.* Specified time frames may incur more. Please ask for details/quote beforehand.Due to my mental condition, medication and frequent wrist issues, I take breaks often as per medical advice.
Commissions do not have a time frame unless you pay for such or a rush fee. Thank you for understanding.

Designs/Adoptables- No refunds on completed designs/sold adopts.
- You are not allowed to claim purchased designs as your own work, proper credit must be given.
- You are free to make small edits to the design unless specified otherwise.
- Fursuit or other physical related works are allowed but give proper credits to the design.
- Permission to make alternative versions will be asked during the process.
- Any alternative versions of the character that I end up making will be presented and asked if you’d like to keep them (no extra fees).

Will Draw
(This is for SFW artwork/pieces only.)

  • Anthro/Furry Characters

  • Monsters/Hybrid Characters

  • Pet Portraits/Real Animals

  • Any Species

  • Humanoids/D&D/etc.

Will NOT Draw
(This is for SFW artwork/pieces only.)

  • Bigotry (racism, homophobia, transphobia, etc etc.)

  • Abuse/Sexual assault

  • Highly Neon characters (ask if needed)

  • Heavy Mecha (IE transformers, gundam)

  • Other typical will not draws

I have trouble drawing any armor, mechanical aspects, large muscles/muscular characters and feral/quadrapedal characters, etc.I am not experienced and slightly uncomfortable drawing breasts, but willing to draw them.
Larger chest sizes might cost an additional fee.
